Woodleft natural.
Natural wood is the material that brings the most warmth to a renovation. It balances the coolness of stone and cement, and fills the home with texture.
We use it for parquet floors, kitchen and bathroom units, shelves and cladding, and pair it with exposed ceiling beams when the building has them. We choose the type of wood and its finish according to how each piece will be used, so it ages gracefully.
Parquet, units and beams
Woodin every room.
Wood runs through many of our projects. On the floor, as herringbone or plank parquet; in the kitchen, in unit fronts, shelves and islands; and in the bathroom, in vanity units beneath the basin that soften the mineral materials.
We fit every piece on site and pair new wood with exposed beams when the building still has them.
Warmthyou can feel.
Wood is warm to the touch, softens sound and balances the coolness of stone, cement or steel. A wooden floor or piece of furniture completely changes how a home feels.
Oak is one of the most common woods for floors and furniture, thanks to its strength and grain, and it takes an oiled or varnished finish depending on how each piece is used.
Caring forthe wood.
To clean it, a dust mop or a barely damp cloth is all you need; too much water and harsh products damage it. In damp areas, such as the bathroom, wipe up splashes as they happen.
Oiled finishes can be renewed patch by patch, and varnished ones can be sanded and refinished when wear calls for it.
