What data we process

• Contact and quote form: name, email, phone and location of the space (the last two optional), your message, the language of the website and, if you come from the calculator, the type of space, area and style you chose.
• WhatsApp and email: the data you send us when you write to us.
• Browsing: only if you accept it, data on the use of the website and of the ads, through cookies, as explained in the Cookie policy.
• Security: to protect the form against mass submissions, we store a cryptographic digest (hash) of your IP address for 15 minutes, from which the address cannot be identified.

What we use your data for and on what legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing your quote: taking precontractual steps at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
• Managing the renovation if you commission it: performance of the contract (article 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations (article 6.1.c).
• Protecting the site and the form against abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (article 6.1.f).
• Measuring use of the website and the effectiveness of our ads (Google Analytics and Google Ads): your consent (article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Storing your cookie choice: the legal obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (article 6.1.c).

How long we keep your data

• Requests sent from the website are kept in our system for 90 days.
• The copy we receive by email and your WhatsApp messages: for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if you commission a renovation, for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods required by law.
• Cookies: for the periods stated in the Cookie policy.

Who processes your data

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service, we use providers that process it on our behalf and under contract:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and storage of requests.
• Resend: sending each request by email to our inbox.
• Google Ireland Limited: email (Google Workspace), Google Tag Manager and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Velo (veloconsent.com): managing and recording your cookie consent.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited: if you message us on WhatsApp, under its own terms.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In those cases, the transfer is made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify or erase it, object to its processing, ask us to restrict that processing or to give you your data in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@reformaslouna.com stating ‘Data protection’. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask you for a document that proves it.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is not aimed at minors under 14, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors under that age.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted communications (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the service. The date of the latest update appears at the bottom of this page.
